I was one of the lucky children who was able to fulfill my absolute dream of owning my own horse when I was a child. I think the constant nagging of mum and dad made them realise it was either a make or break situation.

My first horse Bella was amazing we spent every waking moment together careering around the countryside hacking and hunting and when we weren't doing that we pretty much lived out of a horsebox travelling from event to event around the county.

Well that was then.. 35 years later I can safely say there has been no break.

My extended family of today include 3 Welsh Section D's they have all been with me for over 20 years, having being driven, ridden and successfully shown over the years they are now not only still being enjoyed by me but my children are now taking over with stable and riding duties.

Over the years our household has never had a dull moment with our goats and chickens, dogs and cats!
